I have been teaching since 1989, and I feel so fortunate to have such a wonderful job!  I have taught every grade from 2nd - 8th grade. 

I was born and grew up on Long Island, in Carle Place, NY. I received my Bachelor of Arts Degree from the State University of New York at New Paltz, and my Master of Science Degree from Hofstra University.  I have lived and taught in many places.  My husband and I moved to Colorado in 1992, where we lived for two years.  We spent a year living and working in Sao Paulo, Brazil, and then we lived for a year in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico.  We have been in Florida since 1995.  Since living in Florida, I have taught at St. Gregory the Great Catholic School in Plantation, and at Nob Hill Elementary School in Sunrise.

I am very excited about being at the Imagine Charter School in Weston and being back with 4th grade!













I have been married to my husband, John, since 1991.  We are celebrating our sixteenth wedding anniversary this year.  We have two beautiful children, Billy, who is nine and in Mrs. Gordon's 3rd grade class, and Katie, who was born in November of 2005.
